Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy

What We Will Do Together:

Raise a Return or Replacement Request:

  • Wrong or Expired Products: Raise a request within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Damaged or Missing Products: Raise a request within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • Submit your request, or use the Chat option with your order and contact details.

Reviewing Your Request:
We will review your request within 2 working days.

Product Pickup:
If approved, we will arrange a pickup with our courier partner.

Verification and Replacement/Refund:
Upon receiving the product, we will verify it and process a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability. In cases of replacements, the replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.


Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Won’t Be Accepted:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  • Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Damaged or missing product reported after 2 days from the delivery date

How Are Returns Processed?

Once you request a return, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 business days. The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control. Upon approval, we will process your refund.


Order Cancellations:

  • Customers can cancel their order at any time.

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Please provide your bank account details for the refund.


Refund Timeline:

  • For canceled orders: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • For returns: Refunds are processed after the product passes quality check.


Partial Order Returns:

You can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
